thank you so much for showing your support and enthusiasm on this one! The Gods are to be praised, we have somehow managed to turn this local event into a real international meeting for representatives of all sorts of paganism. Wonderful!

2. Music evenings with ceilidh workshops, live Celtic music band, shamanic theatre and chants (including bagpipes and the Celtic harp) - we encourage everyone to bring their own rattles, drums, tomtoms, even plastic bottles and really unusual stuff that makes an interesting sound
3. Storytelling Competition (with an "open" category as well as special treats, such as improvisation on a given mythological subject for 3 minutes - all bards, professional and spontaneous are welcome! also in English)
4. Berenika and Mohegan: intensive pathworking workshops in the wilderness of Polish forests
5. Rawimir: workshops on making ritual masks (materials will be provided)
6. Tin: reading workshops on divination by means of myth - the heritage of bards in practice (also in English)
7. Agni and Mike: workshops on ritual body painting (materials will be provided; also in English)
8. Agni and Mike: Wiccan workshops on the sacrum of breath and voice: rune chanting (also in English)
9. Morgana: lecture on Doreen Valiente and the presentation of "The Charge of the Goddess. - a multilingual project" with opportunity to purchase the DVD (in English)
10. Morgana: workshops on "Wicca - lunar and solar cycles - how do we celebrate them?" (in English)
11. Amvaradel: 1 of 3 lectures: 1. Symbolsm of the Tarot (old and new eon), 2. Power Animals - symbolism, etiology and psychology of animals, 3. Art of Seeing - an introductory to practice
12. Bradius: lecture on Graeco-Roman neopaganism, "The Roman religious calendar and the Wiccan Circle of the Year" (in English)
13. Ganetliyvsgv Asgaya: "Conversations with the Laughing Dog", an introductory to the Pipe Prophecies of the Cherokee People (in English)
As you can see many of these workshops are primarily in English.
Translation into English will also be provided for all other workshop, lectures and activities, so language should not be a problem!
DETAILS:Date: 28th-30th May 2010
Place: Grotniki near Lodz (central Poland, nor far from Warsaw), situated in the middle of a forest, in the near presence of a lake
Estimated cost: 150 PLN (ca. 38 EUR), including accomodation, meals, and conference materials, PFI Members: 140 PLN (ca. 36 EUR) - really cheap!
Food: supper on FRI, breakfast, lunch and evening grill on SAT, breakfast on SUN, vegetarian food available
Dogs are welcome.
We can help you with transport from airports in Poland, as many members will be travelling from all places around the coubtry. We can also provide you with detailed directions on how to get there by car.
